"WHAT you need to know ...
and WHO you need to know"

What is this bill from the IRS?
What is a Federal Tax Lien?
What will happen to me if I owe taxes?
Will they make a deal to pay it back?
Do I have to go this alone or can someone help?
What is a Revenue Officer?
Is he/she my friend?

Well, you're in the right place and in good hands.

Welcome to the office of a retired Internal Revenue Service Revenue Officer, with 15 years of actual IRS experience and 15 years of successful representation. Having been a Section Chief, Group Manager, Assistant Branch Chief and Regional Analyst for the IRS, I know precisely what you are up against, and how to properly present your situation to the IRS.

I have been in the trenches working hard to protect taxpayer's rights. The best gauge of the effectiveness of my representation is how the Internal Revenue Service treats me in return. The average Revenue Officer is happy to have me involved in the case. Since they know that I know, there is no gamesmanship. However, not all IRS employees are of the highest character. Too many times I have faced IRS employees with their own agenda including false statements, shredding of Appeals, false allegations etc. These actions are taken against innocent taxpayers, you.

People that avail themselves of my services, as opposed to representing themselves or having an Accountant or Lawyer represent them, are generally thankful for the experience I bring to the negotiations. They understand that:

  1. Most individuals do not have the experience dealing with the IRS in negotiations, and understand the value of being represented by someone with the proper knowledge and experience. Had they gone it on their own, they may have over-committed their monthly payments, forgotten legitimate expenses, neglected Penalty Abatement, or other important facets of the negotiation process. The result of being represented by an experienced IRS Officer/Negotiator is generally a better financial deal for you.

  2. Using a good Accountant or Lawyer to represent you in IRS negotiations is not enough. Even some "Enrolled Agents" lack the practical experience to represent you well. When was the last time they actually stood in front of the IRS to save their client money? How many clients have they successfully represented this way? Proper IRS representation experience often makes the difference between an equitable agreement, and one that costs you too much money.

  3. With an experienced IRS Officer/Negotiator on YOUR side, there is no reason to be scared. You can be assured that you are represented properly, fairly, and to the best of your own advantage.

I have been successfully representing clients for over 15 years. I've also sat on the other side of the negotiating table, and know precisely what to expect. I'll make sure you know all your options and their implications, and we'll decide together how best to represent your case to the IRS. I'll be with you every step of the way.

Be assured that you are in good hands. I will be there to protect YOU.
